Community-Oriented Primary Care (COPC): is it a dream or can it become reality in Turkish Primary Care?

After a brief introduction of COPC history, background and concepts we will get into the details how this is implemented in Ghent, Belgium. We then will break into groups and do some brain storming on exploration of the relevant problems that could be addressed through COPC. Groups will exercise on formulation of the problems; data collection strategy and implementation as well as use of data and diagnosing the community. In the afternoon we will look into the implementation of this system in Turkey and exercise on the participatory formulation of the said problems. In the end, we will present the results and evaluate how to move forward.
